Frequently asked questions

I have not received a purchase confirmation.

Please check your spam and advertising e-mails first.

If your purchase confirmation e-mail does not arrive within 10 minutes of payment of your order, please contact us via the contact form.

I wish to modify my order

If your package has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to modify it. Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.

When will I receive my parcel?

If the product purchased is listed as available for shipment from France, it usually takes 72 hours for delivery to your door.

If the product purchased is indicated as being stored abroad, it takes approximately 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Please refer to the tracking number sent to you by e-mail.

The bracelet is not compatible

First, check the exact model of your watch. Then check that you have purchased the correct model of strap for your Samsung watch.

You can contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

Delivery time for my parcel

If the product purchased is eligible for shipment from France, your parcel will be prepared on the evening of the day of purchase and shipped the following day.

Please note that if you order on a weekend or public holiday, the parcel will be dispatched on the first working day. If the purchased product is stored abroad, it takes between 24 and 72 hours for the product to be dispatched.

My package arrived incomplete

First check that you have not received two tracking numbers. If one of the products ordered is not available in France, we will send you the items in two different packages.

Please note that the return request e-mail must be sent to us within 14 days (maximum) of delivery of your package.
